One-on-one sessions focused on 8-10 mental performance modules, perfect for athletes and high performers. Number of sessions can vary based on what you would like to focus on. We will work through mental performance principles to allow you to reach the next level of your skills, abilities, and potential!

Counseling

One-on-one sessions focused on what YOU would like to talk about. No agenda, no to-do list - just what is coming up for you. My job as the counselor/therapist is to listen, reflect, and create a supportive space for discussion. We will set goals YOU desire, and work toward YOUR wants and needs in life.
